Limitation of Liability
Ayush Tours and Travels, along with its employees, officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and assigns, does not own or operate any facilities such as lodging, transportation services, food providers, or equipment suppliers offered during tours. We act solely as tour consultants and travel agents, organizing and selling tour packages provided by independent contractors beyond our direct control.
We do not assume responsibility for the acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, of these third-party service providers. Clients understand and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to physical exertion, transportation by various modes, consumption of alcohol, high-altitude conditions, forces of nature, exhaustion, civil unrest, and the quality of medical services in remote areas.
Ayush Tours and Travels is not liable for any bodily injury, property damage, personal loss, or additional expenses incurred that are not expressly included in the tour package price. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount received from the client for the services provided.
Assumption of Risks by Clients
By participating in our tours, clients acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks, including those mentioned above and others inherent to travel and adventure activities.
Release of Liability
Clients release Ayush Tours and Travels from any liability except that arising due to our own negligence. This release extends to clients, their family members, minors traveling with them, heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
Tour Modifications and Disruptions
Ayush Tours and Travels reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, or routes as necessary for the improvement of tour quality or the comfort of guests. We may also increase tour prices due to changes in airfares, currency fluctuations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Complaints
Clients are encouraged to notify us of any grievances regarding our services within 7 days of service availing. We will make reasonable efforts to address genuine complaints promptly.
Limited Use
The services of Ayush Tours and Travels are intended for personal, family, or group use and not for commercial purposes. Clients agree not to modify, distribute, reproduce, or sell any information obtained from our website without our explicit permission.

Jurisdiction
